18c Kitchen is committed to offer pleasant online shopping and convenient delivery. We are happy to ship to the location most convenient to you.

Shipping Carriers

For maximum efficiency, we ship local orders through various local couriers. Your order will be sent out via the most suitable carrier according to different circumstances and directly to residential/commercial shipping address with the exception of P.O. box or Hotel. You will be contacted by the carrier for picking up your package.

Local Delivery Charges

For all order values of HKD800 or above, we deliver the order FREE to your doorstep. For order values below HKD800, an additional shipping/delivery charge up to HKD65 would be applicable.

International Deliveries

International deliveries are offered at cost to our clients. Please contact us for a quotation before placing international orders.

Delivery Time Estimate

Orders shall be shipped from our warehouse within 3 working days for in-stock items. Delivery time cannot be guaranteed. Payment and address verification may take extra working days and delay the processing of an order.
